Seal of the ICC
The Interstellar Commerce Commission, of ICC[1] is the body empowered by the United Planetary Federation to oversee and regulate trade and commerce between planets.
Among its other responsibilities, the ICC is tasked with interpreting and enforcing the Anti-Monopoly and Merger Laws as well as the regulations passed during the Blue Plague crisis regarding the inter-planetary/inter-system transportation of flora and fauna.[2]
